Established in 1999 to provide independent, confidential information, advice and support at no cost, to small businesses within the Plymouth city boundary. This service is run from EPL’s Stoke office and is aimed at businesses that have been in existence for over twelve months and which are at the stage where they may require expert advice and support from a specialist adviser. An experienced, accredited adviser will offer constructive, independent advice, information and support on matters such as:
